I retain original copyright and ownership of the work given, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.

If requested I will respect your decision to keep your commisssion private and will not use it to advertise me on any social platform.

Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.

Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included.
Commercial use includes usage on streams, broadcasts, merchandise and any monetized work.

Clients agree to provide all required art, references, information and assets before and during the process of the work.

Client may not claim the work as their own and must credit me on social platform using my username: Drakitos.

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Currency accepted is either EUR or USD and can be paid through PayPal.

Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Changes may be requested for free early into the drafting process, but a fee must be paid for changes that require a lot of work late into the process (e.g. changing big sections of the pose while in lineart/coloring stage)

Update will be given regularly throughout the process every week

The clients is welcomed to give feedback but need to provide the necessaries reference to aid in revision

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work.

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.

No refunds will be accepted if I already started the illustration unless it is started by me, the Artist

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If I am unable to complete the illustration by the discussed time, the client can choose to discuss a refund with me based on the amount of work completed.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

I retain the rights to stop working with and/or refund clients who are disrespectful and harass me or are unclear and do not provide me with necessary details as asked.

Refunds amount will depend on the ammount of work completed; 50% of the progress done, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
